• Next we click on the down arrow at the top of the server name.
• Then we will see a drop-down menu where it is necessary to click "Server Configuration".
• Then we must press the "Bans" button that is located at the bottom on the left side in order to open a list of all banned members.
• We must choose to select the member we want to unban and this allows us to see a pop-up message where we are asked to revoke the ban.

• Then we must click on the three points that are shown at the top on the right side of the server name.
• We proceed to click on the configuration icon in the drop-down menu and this will lead us to click on the “Server configuration” icon.
• We proceed to press "Bans" at the bottom on the left side to show us the list of banned members.
• Next, we select the member that we want to unban, so that we are shown a pop-up message telling us to revoke the ban, just click on "Revoke the ban" and that's it.
