Noemie is similar to normal Possessed units, but with higher stats and has the following abilities:Weapon Swing, with which he can strike using his sickle to deal physical damage.
Wild Swing, with which he swings his sickle in an arc and hits up to three targets, inflicting the Demoralized status effect on targets with less than 50 percent health.
Demonic Force (bottom line), which will allow you to gain physical power to allies during battle.
In order to recruit it you will have to find a demon south of Heurik. So you will have to head south from where you appear and cross the bridge over the lava, to meet a demon next to some burning trees. Face him and finish him off to get the mana potion.
When you get the mana you will have to give it to Yohalmar, who you can find if you go to the entrance of Heurik and advance along the path to the right hill. You can find him near an iron mine.
Yohalmar will tell you about a special type of mana, whose effect he will want to see on you, so hold the potion for a while and head to The Pits, where you can find Noemie.
To find the pits you'll have to go back to the beginning of the area and advance along the path to the south, go around the lava pool and up a hill, until you find a building resembling a cathedral, near which you can find the pits.
Being in The Pits, you will have to advance through the first one on the left to meet Noemie and other demons, with whom you will have to talk until you access the option to add her to your group or give her mana to see what effects it has on her.
