• Completing Horadric Strongrooms: These timed mini-dungeons within Nightmare Dungeons are a primary source of Horadric Knowledge. The faster you complete the Horadric Pillar Rituals and accumulate Horadric Attunement, the more Knowledge you'll gain.
• Completing the Seasonal Questline: Progressing through "The Embers Yet Smolder" questline (started by speaking with Bryona in Cerrigar) will also grant Horadric Knowledge.
• Navigating Nightmare Dungeons: General progress through Nightmare Dungeons and defeating enemies within them contributes to your Horadric Knowledge.
• Participating in Helltides: The high density of Elites in Helltides makes them an efficient way to farm Horadric Knowledge.

Horadric Strongrooms (Primary Source):

• Location: Horadric Strongrooms are found inside Nightmare Dungeons.6 While they can appear randomly, you can increase your chances by:
  • Playing on Torment difficulty (World Tier 3 or 4): This greatly increases the spawn chance of Strongrooms.
  • Using Nightmare Dungeon Sigils with a "Horadric Strongroom" affix: These sigils guarantee a Strongroom will appear in that specific Nightmare Dungeon, making farming highly efficient.
• Mechanics for Drops: Inside a Strongroom, you'll engage in timed combat. You'll also get to choose from a set of statues (Horadric Pillars) that set the challenge level and modify the rewards.10 The harder thechallenge you pick (by activating more statues or choosing riskiermodifiers), the better your potential rewards, including a higher chance for Horadric Tomes. You must defeat waves of enemies, often within a100-second timer per phase, to build Horadric Attunement.
• Loot Source: After successfully clearing the Strongroom and defeating its final boss, you will open a Grand Horadric Cache. This special chest is the primary source of Horadric Tomes. The amountand quality of loot from this cache depend on the Attunement yougathered during the run.

Consume the Tome: When you acquire a Horadric Tome, simply use it from your inventory.This acts like a blueprint, teaching your character a new craftingrecipe for a specific Horadric Jewel.
