What is fast travel in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

It is a tool with which you will be able to move much more quickly and efficiently throughout the game world, and in case you don't know how to fast travel, here we will explain how to do it.

How to travel fast in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

The first thing you need to know is that you won't be able to just go to any area you've been to before.

To be able to fast travel you will have to use the waypoint system, in which every city has a waypoint by which you can move to other waypoints you have already found.

Most areas in the game have waypoints, but not all, the good thing is that the points that are there will allow you to cover most of the areas in any given act.

You must keep in mind that the areas are random, so you will have to look around each area in order to find the waypoint and when you find it you will have to interact with it to add it permanently to Act's main waypoint center in the city.

There is no problem returning to the city whenever you want using a City Portal Scroll or Tome, which you can get from NPCs in the city or as loot. These will come in handy when you want to open a portal back to the city, this will allow you to get rid of items, heal yourself or take a quick break.
