Zero Hour Exotic Quest finally returned to Destiny 2, meaning you can craft upgraded sprouts and earn divine shots again. The crafting process itself is fairly simple, but the steps required to get to the point where you can create Enhanced Sprouts may require some effort, as you must first complete the Zero Hour exotic quest several times. However, once you've made it this far, you'll have everything you need to make excellent Spirit rolls to maximize your damage.

How to craft outbreak perfected in Destiny 2?


If you've ever tried to make Whispers of the Worm, you probably know what the process is like. To do Outbreak Perfected, you'll have to spend a lot of time on the strange Zero Hour mission. Each time you complete a quest, you will receive several upgrades to your crafting process after receiving the red-bordered version of Outbreak Perfected after completing it for the first time. Once you have everything you need, you can bring your new model to Enclave on Mars and create your own version.

Advanced Growth Catalyst



If you already have Perfect Seed Catalyst, chances are you can use it right away. If you haven't gotten the Catalyst yet, you can get it by completing the Zero Hour exotic quest on Heroic difficulty in 20 minutes instead of 40. Ultimate Flash Catalyst grants weapons enhanced abilities, such as stat boosts and additional buffs. More specifically, Ultimate Flash Catalyst increases the damage to nanites. Killed enemies with nanites attached will spawn more nanites.

God Roll PvE


Here's the Weapon Slot/Trait, Roll and Effect:

  • Barrel: Weapon Trait: Rifled Barrel counts, with effect +5 Stability +15 Handling
  • Magazine: Weapon Trait: Curized Rounds, has +10 range effect
  • Trait: Weapon Trait: Rewind Rounds, has effect When this weapon's magazine is empty, it is refilled with reserves based on the number of hits.
  • Stock: Weapon Trait: Composite Actions, has effect +5 Stability +5 Handling

Since the Outbreak Perfected is one of the lightweight pulse rifles in this set, the rifled barrel, cured rounds, and composite stock are highly viable for decent range and stability. Additionally, Rewind Rounds can also be beneficial for Outbreak. With Rewind Rounds, if you shoot fairly regularly, you'll have to reload much less as the pulse rifle will mostly reload itself and the nanites will increase exponentially, especially if you also have the Outbreak Perfected catalyst equipped.

  • Barrel: Weapon Trait: Hammerforged Rifle, has +10 range effect
  • Magazine: Weapon Trait: Curized Rounds, has +10 range effect
  • Trait: Weapon Trait: Headfinder: Effect: Body shots with this weapon increase precision damage and aim assist for a short period of time. Body hits landed while the buff is active refresh time.
  • Stock: Weapon Trait: Composite Actions, has effect +5 Stability +5 Handling

Everyone knows that when you participate in a PvP match, you require greater range. That's why we went with the Forged Rifle with Precision Round and Hammer, adding 10 more scopes to the Outbreak Perfected's already pretty good range, bringing it up to 80. Additionally, the Bounty Hunter perk can do a lot to ensure you deal the most damage possible, even if you only aim at the body.


This is all you need to create a perfected bud, so you just need to follow our steps, and you're good to go.
