What does Monster Hunter's victory in Destiny 2 mean?

Monster Hunter Triumph is located in the Pale Heart section of the Triumph page. This task is as difficult as it is cryptic, and it only says: defeat the monster in 30 seconds. There are three orbs around the edges of the arena, each of which is guarded by the Hive Lightbearer. Every time you reduce Balakh's health by a third, his shield will return and you will need to cast another orb to disable it.

This challenge has a strict schedule, so a full Fireteam is essential to win. I recommend defeating all the enemies in Lightbearer's Orchard, taking the orbs, and putting them in a pile somewhere.
