How to complete the Monster Hunter Triumph in Destiny 2?
Balakh, the Unsighted Ogre, is the giant beast you must defeat in the center of the room. Your opponent has a shield that you can break by throwing orbs at him. There are three orbs around the edges of the arena, each of which is guarded by the Hive Lightbearer. Every time you reduce Balakh's health by a third, his shield will return and you will need to cast another orb to disable it.
This challenge has a strict schedule, so a full Fireteam is essential to win. I recommend defeating all the enemies in Lightbearer's Orchard, taking the orbs, and putting them in a pile somewhere. Behind a rock, Balakh couldn't shoot me. Having one player in charge of the orbs while the others focus solely on DPS is a great strategy to finish this encounter quickly. For the initial phase, the Parasite Grenade Launcher is a great option, but you can use any weapon with high burst damage, such as Apex Predator or Dragon's Breath.
In order for you to begin your assault right away, your orb launcher must be ready to lower the boss's shield when he returns. Unless you want to keep them until the end, I recommend spending your Supers for the second phase. The hardest part of this task is keeping your DPS numbers high. The weapons are not enough and there is little room for error. If this takes several tries, don't get frustrated because you may have to come back with better equipment later.
