Once you have completed all the steps, you can go back to Lord Saladin and get your reward, which will be a piece of the Iron Banner armor set for your class.

By doing all of the above, you will have a full set of armor. Destiny 2 gives you the option to track progress on the Search tab in the Directory, the goal is to get your progress bar for each step to 100%.
