The first thing you have to get a notorious armor will be to update the synthesizer. To get the synthesizer you will have to get it from The Drifter in the annex of the tower you have for housing.
After you have the most powerful update of the synthesizer, you will be able to create the specks that you will introduce in the bank before executing The Reckoning that will drop the pieces of armor when inserting it.
As we mentioned, the synthesizer is a tool which you can get with The Drifter, of course, if you have the annual pass. Buy all The Drifter offers to allow you to have the most powerful update on the synth.
There is something that should not be confused, the armor is for use in Gambit Prime, however, you will have to get the armor notorious in The Reckoning to be able to access in Gambit.The Reckoning is a PvE event in Destiny 2, in which your goal and that of other players will be ending with waves of increasingly complex enemies until you reach the boss.
As we already mentioned, in order to get the armor in Gambit you will have to unlock it in The Reckoning which is composed of 3 levels, level 3 is the one that matters to us, but naturally to reach level 3 you have to complete before 1 and 2 Levels of difficulty increase as you progress, level 3 of The Reckoning being the most difficult.
The first thing you have to do in level 3, is to insert a nickname for the set of armors you want, having the most powerful synthesizer update will allow you to access the most powerful nickname which has a consumption of three synthesizers.Access the most powerful version by placing the nickname on the right side of the bank. Armor synthesizers are obtained by playing Gambit Prime and completing their respective rewards.
By completing all of this, including a Class 3 race, you can get a notorious armor at random for use in Gambit.
Note that it is based on the RNG so you will have to repeat the process, although to get the helmet from the beginning you will have to complete the weekly reward for this type of armors from The drifter, by having one you can get it in RGN .
