In our guide today we explain How To Get Burt To Stop Attacking In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster.
In Dead Rising: Deluxe Remaster, Otis will initially contact Frank about a perilous situation at Weber's Garments in Al Fresca Plaza. Two men have barricaded themselves inside the building, fearing for their lives. Frank will need to navigate the barricaded entrance, which is likely composed of various makeshift fortifications.
Once inside, Frank can utilize the barricade materials as makeshift weapons to fend off the hordes of zombies that have gathered outside. However, the real challenge may lie within. The survivors inside, particularly Burt, may mistake Frank for a threat and attack him, despite his intentions to help. This is in stark contrast to the Japanese Tourists, who typically flee from danger.
Frank's ability to quickly assess the situation, dismantle the barricade, and use its components to his advantage will be crucial in overcoming this obstacle and ensuring the safety of the survivors.
How To Get Burt To Stop Attacking In Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster?
When you enter Weber's Garments, a chaotic scene unfolds. Burt, a hostile character, will attack Frank while Aaron cowers in fear. Despite the daunting situation, you must fight back against Burt. Even though it might seem futile, striking him repeatedly will eventually force him to submit. To minimize distractions, it's best to engage in this confrontation in the back of the store, as zombies will soon begin pouring in through the entrance you just opened.
Be cautious when choosing your weapon. Opt for something that won't inflict excessive damage, as it's nearly impossible to kill Burt with items available at this stage of the game. Remember, the goal is to subdue him, not eliminate him.
After knocking Burt to the ground, approach him and interact with him. He will then listen to Frank's reasoning and agree to follow. Any injuries inflicted during the initial fight will persist, so it's advisable to provide him with any healing items you have to ensure his full recovery before facing the zombie horde.
Once you've secured Burt and Aaron as companions, your next objective is to escort them to the Security Room. Survivors will follow Frank like party members, actively fighting zombies with any weapons you provide them. However, remember that they can also take damage and require healing. While having additional support during battles is beneficial, your primary goal should be to safely guide them to the Security Room to save their lives and earn a substantial reward.
You can return to the Security Room at any time by navigating through the Warehouse in Paradise Plaza. The red exit sign will always be illuminated over the double doors near the photography store. Following the linear path through the warehouse will lead you to an elevator and then the air duct, ultimately returning you to the Security Room.
It's important to note that while survivors can be valuable allies, they are also vulnerable. Protect them as best you can, and be prepared to provide medical assistance if necessary. The more survivors you manage to save, the greater the reward you'll receive.
Remember, the Security Room is not just a safe haven; it's also a key location in the game. By bringing survivors there, you're not only saving lives but also contributing to the overall progress of your mission.
