To get slime oil, you will have to kill the first boss of the game, Glurch the Abominous Mass. You can find this one in the Dirt Biome, near the starting area. At your location is an open space covered in ground slime. After killing Glurch, it will drop a Glurch Chest, Glurch Eye, and Slime Oil.To respawn Glurch after you kill him, you'll need to place a giant slime summoning idol on the rune circle.
