The often-hostile world of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33! This white Demineur and its lost mine present a straightforward side quest with a useful reward. Here's how to help this unusual Nevron:

Clair Obscur Expedition 33: How to help Demineur

Reuniting the Demineur with Its Mine

Locate the White Demineur: After you've successfully saved Maelle in the Flying Waters and encountered the merchant Noco, continue down the main hall. You'll eventually reach a large, open area populated by enemies and featuring a shipwreck. Instead of heading towards the shipwreck or the tunnel beside it, go in the opposite direction. Look for a passage that leads through a giant jug. Shortly after passing through the jug, you will encounter the white Demineur.

Interact with the Demineur: Approach the white Demineur and interact with it. Your team will observe that it's missing the mine that is typically attached to Demineurs by a chain. Accept the task to find its lost mine.

Find the Mine:

• From the white Demineur's location, approach the edge of the cliff, moving slightly to your right.
• You should see a series of platforms leading down to a lower ledge. Carefully jump across these platforms.
• Once on the next shelf, turn right and jump over the subsequent platforms.
• On the rocky shelf on the opposite side, you will find the mine (it will likely have a purple glow indicating it's an interactable item).

Return the Mine: Head back to the white Demineur with the mine you've found. Interact with it again and choose the option to hand over the mine.

The Reward: Deminerim

As a reward for your kindness in returning the lost mine, the white Demineur will gift you a new weapon for Lune: the Deminerim.

Deminerim Weapon Details:

• Damage Type: Electric
• Scales With: Agility and Luck
• Passive Effects: The Deminerim also has three passive effects that will unlock as youupgrade the weapon to specific levels. You can find more information onweapon upgrades on the "How to upgrade weapons?" page within the game or a relevant guide.

The Choice of Violence: Attacking the White Demineur

The game presents you with the option to attack the white Demineur bothbefore and after you complete its quest. If you choose to engage it incombat, be aware that it is described as a slightly stronger version ofthe standard Demineur.

Rewards for Defeating the White Demineur:

• 3x Colour of Lumina
• 1x Chroma Catalysts

However, the guide strongly recommends against attacking the friendly, white Nevrons. By showing them kindness and completing their quests, you will apparently receive a better reward in a later side mission located in the Fountain area of the game. So, while the immediate rewards for attacking mightseem tempting, it's likely more beneficial in the long run to help these unusual creatures.
