What is a private match in Call of Duty Vanguard?


These types of games are a way to play locally or online with friends in a lobby that can only be accessed by invitation, play with and against bots, or just test weapons or learn maps.

How to create a private Match in Call of Duty Vanguard?


The first thing you have to do is go to Multiplayer> select Private Match at the bottom, which will allow you to access several options to create three types of matches:

  • Online Custom Match with Friends: When selecting Private Match, you can select under Custom Match. This will allow you to invite friends, by right-clicking on the console or by clicking Invite PC Players. In these games you will be able to use all the Base Operators, play any map and use custom rules.
  • Solitaire: To play a game by yourself, you will have to click Play without inviting any player or filling any bot. In this game you can do whatever you want.
  • Bot Match: It is a private game but with bots. To access one you will have to access Available space on the right side> select the general description of the team, which will add a bot, and to add another to Team 2 you will have to select the other available space on Team 2. Adjust the difficulty of bots by clicking the left stick on the console or clicking Bot Settings on PC.
