To find the second you will have to evade helicopters, vigilant soldiers and patrol the enemy tanks until the game tells you to enter a building by forcing the lock. Upon entering, you will find soldiers and you will have to go down the stairs to Woods to eliminate the guards, in this section of the silver you will find a room on the left side where there are some plans hanging on the wall, here your second clue.
