The first thing you need to know if you are wondering how to get the OT 9 is that it can be obtained by purchasing the Blueprint version in a Store pack. But it can also be obtained by completing unlock challenges in Black Ops Cold War, Zombies and Warzone multiplayer mode.
You should note that in the Season 4 Reloaded release, it was not possible to view the multiplayer mode or the Zombies unlock challenges, which prevented you from being able to use the weapon after purchasing an OTs 9 pack, but this has now been resolved.
To get the weapon from the Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War - Warzone multiplayer challenge, you will be tasked with eliminating 3 enemies affected by their tactical gear in 15 different full matches using an SMG. With this in mind, the first thing you need to do is to obtain an SMG. As for the tactical equipment, it refers to your non-lethal throw, including the Flashbang and the stun grenade. But the Stimshot may not work for you in this challenge.
Remember that to complete the challenge, you will need to get three kills in different matches.
The challenge lists the MAC-10 unlock challenge for OTs 9, which is: "Using SMG, kill 2 or more players quickly in 15 different completed matches", but it is not yet confirmed whether or not this is a bug.
Another way to get the weapon is with a Zombies-specific weapon challenge, where you'll have to take out 50 Tempests in Outbreak mode, within 2 seconds of them respawning after teleporting using an SMG. You will be able to use ammo mods to eliminate them faster.
