How to tune untuned weapons and armor
Obelisk Unlock
To have the ability to tune your weapons and armor, you need to complete the Obelisk quest. The Obelisk quest entails:
- 1. Meeting Commander Hackett: This involves talking to him at the Town Gates to start the quest.
- 2. Retrieving the Downspike: Continue with the quest, finding and retrieving the lost Downspike.
- 3. Activate the Obelisk: Return to the Obelisk and use Downspike on it.
Attuning Your Equipment
Once the Obelisk has been activated, you will be allowed to activate the Obelisk to attune your equipment-both weapons and armor:
