From explosive drones and tactical armor to recon UAVs and healing stations, the right Field Upgrade can provide a critical advantage that will make or break your victories. Whether it's more offensive capabilities that you're into, defensive support, or utility tools, there's a Field Upgrade available for everyone.

Black Ops 6: All Multiplayer Field Upgrades
During the beta, players had access to four field upgrades to bolster their loadouts. That number of Field Upgrades will grow when the game launches in full on October 25th, featuring new abilities to take advantage of in various combat situations.
Here's a breakdown of the known Field Upgrades:
- Assault Pack: This is a very important tool that gives the player an ability to drop a supply box onto the ground. In it, there will be extra ammunition and other sets of equipment, ensuring players and teammates are replenished when things get hot in an ongoing battle. Since combat in Black Ops 6 happens in less than a millisecond, the Assault Pack is important in maintaining this flow of firepower.
- Trophy System: Returning from the pages of previous Call of Duty titles, the Trophy System is one of the strongest Field Upgrades in the game. Dropping it will automatically destroy any incoming projectiles thrown by enemies towards you; hence, it's very crucial to protect key objectives that you'll need in game modes such as Hardpoint and Domination.
While these two are confirmed Field Upgrades, players can be sure that more will be available when the full game launches. These new Field Upgrades could range in different ways, from increased mobility and enhanced tactical capabilities to specialized combat support.
The choice of Field Upgrade is going to go a very long way in determining the general strategy and effectiveness a player has on the battlefield. A careful choice of Field Upgrade would later ensure loadouts were tweaked to not only suit individual playstyle but challenges for specific game modes, too.
- Neurogas: A new trap added to Black Ops 6, Neurogas is an inconsiderate threat, able to turn the tide in a battle within a few seconds. When activated through proximity by an enemy, it shoots out a cloud of toxic gas, disorienting and damaging opponents around. Its compact size makes it hard to notice in corners or any generally darker place; this may enable players to prepare ambushes and hold chokepoints.
- Acoustic Amp: This is the last confirmed Field Upgrade, and it gives a massive tactical edge to those players who rely on sound cues. By amplifying the volume of the enemies' footsteps, this Field Upgrade allows the player to know the movement of their enemy in advance and thus get an edge in that critical moment of close combat. It works really effectively in maps that have a lot of corridors and tight areas; in such maps, sound plays an essential role in situational awareness.
With the full launch of Black Ops 6 on October 25th, there will be even more Field Upgrades that open possibilities for customization and layers of strategy in the game.
