If you want your Zombies to succeed or fail, picking the correct Field Upgrade is critical. What's more vital is knowing when to utilize them, even if it's merely to complete challenges for experience.

How to use Field Upgrades in Black Ops 6 Zombies

Press L1 and R1 (LB and RB on controllers or X on PCs) to activate a Field Upgrade in BO6 Zombies. Before you can utilize your Field Upgrade, it needs to be charged. You can find the option to select your Field Upgrade under the Weapons: Loadout area of the Zombies menu.

In Frenzied Guard, you can fix your armor and make all nearby attackers shoot at you. Kills at this period restore some of your armor.
With Healing Aura, you and your friends can summon energy beams that will restore full health in an instant.
Build an energy mine and set it off in fast succession to cause devastating electric damage.
A huge energy beam that does devastating shadow damage is yours to create with Dark Flare. Nothing is safe from the beam's penetrating power.
