Steps to Unlock the Easter Egg Song
To trigger the hidden “Falling to Pieces” soundtrack, players need to locate three pairs of headphones belonging to the whimsical character, Mister Peeks. These headphones are scattered throughout the Shattered Veil map, hidden behind areas that require an Essence exchange to access. Before starting the hunt for the headphones, completing objectives related to the Pack-a-Punch machine is highly recommended, as this path will guide you to one of the last headphone locations. Below is a detailed breakdown of where each headphone can be found:
1. Banquet Hall Location
Head toward the back section of the Shattered Veil map to discover one pair of Mister Peeks’ headphones in the Banquet Hall, located at E3 coordinates. This is the same room where players will activate the elevator during the Shattered Veil main quest. Look at the top-right corner of the room; the headphones rest on a shelf. Interact with the headphones, and you’ll hear a signature Mister Peeks sound confirming the discovery.
2. Conservatory Location
While the majority of your time may be spent within the mansion itself, thenext headphone requires stepping outside. Head to the Conservatory,situated at C4 coordinates. Once inside, proceed down a set of stairs to reach a stack of crates below. The headphones can be spotted lying ontop of the crates. Interact with them, and listen for the confirmationsound.
3. Service Tunnel Location
The final headphone is hidden in the depths of the Service Tunnel, foundnear the Pack-a-Punch area at E4 coordinates. Unlock the doors to thetunnel and head to its lowest level. There, you’ll notice a coneaccompanied by a zombie—the headphones are placed atop a box nearby.Players should be cautious in this confined space, as it is achallenging area to navigate while defending against zombie attacks.Having the Wunderwaffe DG-2 weapon will make crowd control significantly easier.
