Whenever you use a sniper rifle and DMR, you may notice that when you zoom out the scope will swing, this happens because the game seeks to create a breathing effect at that moment. Now, in order to achieve this in the game, you will have to consider the Hold Breath button, which by default is the Shift key on PC, Down on the D-pad for Xbox and the L3 button on the PlayStation, the same with which the sprint is controlled.

Holding down this button will pause the swing for a couple of seconds, but it "reloads" after several seconds so you can use it again.
