Defeating or Escaping Enemies:After defeating or escaping the enemies in Usher's Hand, navigate around the stone pillars to reach the right/eastern side.

Spotting the Cave:Locate the cave at the base of the landmark and head inside.

Obtaining the Golden Plaque of Oaths inside Usher's Hand

Navigating the Cave:Follow the path inside Usher's Hand until you arrive in an open area with a pool of water in the middle.

Diving into the Pool:Dive into the pool and follow the underwater path until you surface on the other side.

Collecting the Totem Fragment:Exit the pool, and you will find the Golden Plaque of Oaths TotemFragment on top of a rock in Usher's Hand. With this fragment collected, you can continue to search for other fragments to complete the Totem of Rightful Rulership quest in Avowed.
