In Avowed, players will encounter numerous hidden locations and dungeons across various regions. One such hidden location is the Waterfall Cave in the Emerald Stair region. Although the entrance is well-concealed, the exploration is rewarding, as it houses the powerful Death Knight armor and sabatons.

Avowed: Hidden Waterfall Cave Location

The Hidden Waterfall Cave entrance is situated west of Fior Mes Iverno in the Emerald Stair region. To begin, fast-travel to the River Fork Beacon near the Rootbound Godless Ruins. Upon arrival, follow the river north until you reach a waterfall. There is a small opening to the right of the waterfall; enter through this opening to find the Waterfall Cave entrance.

Obtaining Unique Death Knight Armor and Sabatons in Waterfall Cave

Entering the Cave:Once inside the Waterfall Cave, follow the path until you reach the main open area. Here, you will encounter Xaurip enemies. Eliminate themswiftly before proceeding.

Exploring Pathways:After clearing the area, you will have two paths to choose from: a poolof water to the left and stone steps leading to an upper area on theright.

Acquiring the Death Knight Heavy Armor

Diving into the Pool:Jump into the pool on the left to discover a hidden underwater pathway.Follow this path until you surface on the other side of the cavern.

Opening the Chest:Exit the pool and open the chest in front of you to obtain the uniqueDeath Knight Armor. This high-quality heavy armor offers excellentprotection and two remarkable talents.

Acquiring the Death Knight Sabatons

Backtracking and Climbing:Return through the pool to the main area of the Waterfall Cave. Proceedto the right, ascending the stone steps to reach the higher platform.

Breaking the Barricade:The room is barricaded with wooden crates and explosive barrels. Use aranged weapon or spell to detonate the barrels and break the barricade.
