The quickest route to obtaining the Crafting Manual leads you to Wyndham Village, a seemingly idyllic location harboring a dark secret. Your journey begins at St. Katherine's Church (33.2 E, 78.7 N), where you encounter the Vicar and his assistant standing over a lifeless body. The Vicar's cryptic demeanor and plea for secrecy set the stage for a grim investigation.
To uncover the truth, venture into the Brewery Cellar (30.5 E, 80.5 N), located in the northeast part of the village. Be warned: the cellar and its surroundings are infested with aggressive rats, posing a significant threat. Navigate past the barred door and locate a small crawlspace on the left. Inside, a note resting on a wooden table reveals the identity of the murderer.
Armed with this knowledge, you have two options: confront the Vicar with your findings or directly challenge the culprit, Morris Wick, at the Wyndham Village general store. If you choose to confront Morris and agree to keep his secret, he will reward you with the coveted Crafting Manual. This path, while morally ambiguous, offers a swift resolution.

For those unwilling to condone murder, an alternative path exists withinthe perilous Interchange. This option, however, requires an AtomicBattery to access the facility. Begin at the Interchange entrance inSlatten Dale (31.0 E, 77.8 N) and use the battery to open the door.

Proceed to the Central Processing area and deposit the battery into the Central Processor Control unit. Retrieve the battery from the corpse in thehazmat suit and navigate to the T-intersection outside the CentralProcessing room. Turn left and enter Data Store Delta. Inside, locate ayellow wall of computer equipment with a battery receptacle. Insert thebattery to power on the data store.

Descend the stairs within Data Store Delta. Near the bottom, you'll notice agap in the railing, allowing you to jump onto the server racks.Carefully traverse the racks, climbing onto platforms until you reachthe highest point. A catwalk to your left leads to another body in ahazmat suit. Search the body for a keycard to the Data Store Deltastoreroom.

Follow the catwalk to a door you can unlock, providing safe passage back tothe main area. The storeroom, located directly in front of you afterdescending the stairs a second time, contains the Crafting Manual. Thisroute, while more challenging, offers a morally sound alternative.
