What is Assassins Creed Valhalla?


It is the video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, corresponding to the twelfth in importance and the twenty-second released within the Assassin Creed saga, and successor to the 2018 game Assassin's Creed Odyssey. The new title will be released on November 10, 2020 and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia, PlayStation 5 and Project Scarlet.

We have divided this control guide for PC, PS4 and Xbox One into several parts according to the type of controller so pay attention not to miss any buttons.

PC controls:


  •     W: Advance.
  •     A - Move left.
  •     S - Move backwards.
  •     D - Move right.
  •     K: hold to meditate.
  •     J - Drakkar Call. Hold to use Horn or Start Raid.
  •     H - Use ration.
  •     G - Quick Actions Wheel.
  •     U - Skills menu.
  •     I - Inventory menu.
  •     O - Orders menu.
  •     P - Codex Menu.
  •     M - World map.
  •     Enter: long press for film camera.
  •     Q - Left Hand Action (Hold Q for Longship Brace).
  •     E - Primary interaction.
  •     R - Special Attack / Alternate Fire (Call Region Panel). Also used to start and stop River Shanty and change songs.
  •     Tab - Mission Menu.
  •     Left Shift - Sprint / Lunge / Gallop.
  •     Left Ctrl - Walk.
  •     N - Start a fishing.
  •     T - Hold to light the torch. It is also used to change river histories.
  •     F - Secondary interaction. Assassinate or focus the camera.
  •     Right Shift + T - Change Weapon.
  •     Left Alt - Dodge / Hold to Roll
  •     Z: hold to continue on road or river. Used for automatic movement.
  •     X - Whistle. Hold to call Mount.
  •     V - Call Raven. Hold to use Odin's Sight, the scanner that reveals nearby enemies and objects.
  •     B - Hold to put on the cape.
  •     C - Down / Duck / Dive. Hold to unmount or drop an item. Long press to delete all bookmarks.

Mouse combat controls:


  •     Right click: hold for ranged abilities.
  •     Scroll key: click to lock the target.
  •     Left Click: Light Attack, Shooting Bow, or Placeholder.
  •     Shift + Left Click - Heavy Attack. Hold down to aim.

Skill keyboard controls:


  •     1 - Use skill 1
  •     2 - Use skill 2
  •     3 - Use ability 3
  •     4 - Use ability 4
  •     5 - Use ability 5
  •     F1 - Performance Dashboard
  •     F3 - Photo mode
  •     F5 - Quick save
  •     F9 - Fast charge
  •     F12 - Tobii eye calibration.

Xbox One controls:


  •     And - Interact or carry.
  •     B - Dodge or roll.
  •     A - Jump or climb.
  •     X - Crouch.
  •     Left D-pad - Whistle / Call Horse.
  •     Right D-pad - Use health ration.
  •     D-pad down - Quick select menu (hold).
  •     L + R - Photo mode.
  •     LB - Attack with the left hand.
  •     LT - Aim for the bow or use special abilities.
  •     RB - Light Attack or Assassination.
  •     RT - Heavy Attack / Special Skills / Shoot Bow.
  •     Right Stick: Move for the camera. Long press for Odin's view. Click to lock on the target.
  •     D-pad Up - Raven Mode.
  •     Back - World Map.
  •     Start - Pause menu.

  •  Left joystick: move. Press left for resistance.

PS4 controls:


  •     Options - Pause menu.
  •     Triangle - Interact or carry.
  •     Square: dodge or roll.
  •     X - Jump or climb.
  •     Circle - Crouch.
  •     Left joystick: move. Press left for resistance.
  •     Right Stick: Move for the camera. Long press for Odin's view. Click to lock on the target.
