You can obtain three pieces of this set of armor by increasing renown with the Dublin Champion Bracers, the Dublin Champion Cloak and the Dublin Champion Helmet, this can be obtained at renown levels two, four and five, respectively.You can gain renown in Wrath of the Druids through some random materials, the NPC "Overseas Trading" in Dublin. To obtain these materials you must take control of the trading posts that you will find on the map, for which you can find a tutorial on the process in the DLC campaign, you must bear in mind that the material accumulation rate increases little by little, every time you claim more trading positions. You will be able to find the items from the chest that is in front of Azar.
In order to obtain the two missing pieces you will have to finish with the two Lost Drengr of the game, the first piece the Dublin Champion Torso is obtained by killing Blud the Giant in Giant's Causeway on the north side of Ulster, while the second the Dublin Champion Breeches, obtained from the Hogne Sea-Tossed shipment at Downpatrick Head, on an island in the northwest corner of Connacht.
Remember that getting the whole set allows you to get the Decked Out trophy, and you can move on to other achievements.
