We've made a guide where we'll tell you How to Get Resource for The Center in Ark Survival Ascends The Center.

Aside from the obvious trees and rocks, there are seven types of resources in Ark Survival Ascends The Center. I'll tell you what you're looking for and where they appear most often, as well as their general location on the map.

How to Get Resource for The Center in Ark Survival Ascends The Center?

Metal Storage Area

There are plenty of dense metal mines worth exploring in the Center. They look like regular stones, although they're surrounded by a silver pattern. Best places to collect metals:

  • Snowy Mountains (west of the map)
  • Central Island (large floating island in the middle of the swamp, west of the map)
  • Lava Biome and Lava Cave (Volcanic Island, north of the map)
  • Remember that on the middle island you'll find them mostly on the upper level.

You'll also find plenty of metal mines in the jungle and tropical islands in the center and east of the map, so don't worry if you've set up your base there. Snowy Meadows, a large area in the west, has many metal mines located along the west coast, some of which are concentrated near the water in the center. There are metal mines in the south of the map in the Redwood biome, but they are fairly spread out.

A place with rich metal reserves

Rich metal mines simply contain more metal than regular mines, even though they look identical, so you won't be able to tell which is which. They can be found in the same places as regular metal mines, so you'll stumble across them without realizing it. However, rich metal deposits were not found in biomes or lava cores, which have very large concentrations of common metal deposits.

You'll find plenty of rich metal mines in the mountains and southern redwood biomes, as well as jungles and tropical islands in fairly high concentrations. So if you're looking for better metal mines, head to these locations, and you'll find that you'll get more metal than usual.

How to get oil at The Center in Ark Survival Ascended?

Our guide today aims to explain to you How to Get Oil in The Center in Ark Survival Ascended.

River Rock will give you a stone when you mine it and it will be reddish brown in color. It only appears in the middle area of the map, excluding the eastern tropical islands. In fact, they are no different from regular stones, but some players may be afraid of them.

Interestingly, River Rock only appears on the shore of the reservoir. For this reason, you will find many of them on islands in the central forest where there is water, as well as along the coast and the edges of the Snowy Meadows, the large expanse of land to the left of the mountains. The center is also surrounded by the long River Rock Line. These stones are hard to distinguish from regular stones and most still produce the same drops. So don't worry.

Obsidian Storage Location

Obsidian is a rarer resource and can be found in pieces of glass or black stone. They are quite small and can blend in with their surroundings, so keep an eye out for them. Obsidian is found primarily around the Hub waters, in the snowy grasslands, around the large circular lake to the west. You'll also find much higher concentrations of obsidian in lava biomes, especially lava caves. Some obsidian can be found throughout the map, but only in a few places. It's not worth hunting them down to get huge profits from obsidian.

Crystal Storage Location

Crystals are usually smaller forms that do not occur in areas where there is no metal waste. Seriously, where there is a metal hotspot, there is a crystal hotspot. Where metals are less common, crystals are less common. And not only next to each other, but also next to metal mines, glass mines also appeared. This means that they are quite common and you can collect them together with Metal. The only exception to this rule is Śnieżne Łąki. The largest land mass in the east (the plains between the mountains and their surroundings) does not contain crystals, although there are metals.

Oil Rock

Oilstone is very different from other resources because it is composed of layered pieces that stick out from the surrounding environment. Oil Rock has some very interesting spawn points. Most oil rocks are formed underwater. Between the central jungle islands and the southern redwood biome, you will find a lot of oil rocks.

This part of Dau Dau also extends out to sea to the east and even north, between the jungle islands and the northern volcanic islands. You'll also find plenty of oil rocks on the western peaks and in the central swamps. A cluster of oil rocks can also be found on the large ice floe to the west, in Snowy Meadows. It's much easier to find oil on the surface, I'd say it's not worth diving into the water just for the oil.

Silica Deposits

In Ark Survival Ascends The Center, silica are tiny particles found in water. They have a very similar breeding method to Dau Stone - wherever there's water, there's bound to be plenty of silica. Although silica is extremely hard to spot, it's easy to miss among the seafood you collect. I've always hated silica hunting, so be as patient as possible when swimming. However, Oil Rock would be a good sign that Krzemionka is nearby.

This is all you need to know about getting resources for The Hub in Ark Survival Ascended, so just search in the places described here and you're done.
