Although Terraforming allows you to build cliffs in the sky, it is usually impossible to climb to the fourth level of them, something that the game has as something dangerous, but there is a trick with which we will tell you how to get to the fourth level of cliffs at Animal Crossing New Horizons so pay attention.
To reach this level you will have to obtain a small 1 × 1 item, which you can get by selecting a flower and then placing it as an element. Then you will have to terraform a 2 × 2 square on the fourth level of cliffs to climb.The empty space will have to be surrounded by cliffs on three sides> then you will have to fill one corner of the 2 × 2 square at the bottom and round> place the flower in the center of the 2 × 2 square> pull it towards the cliff until it's ready. When this happens you will have to move towards the flower> turn around> press A to build a cliff in the empty space, which will allow you to connect with the rounded corner, which will allow you to go up to the fourth level, where you can place the decoration what you want.
Keep in mind that this is a bug, it works since patch 1.10, but the developers are probably working on fixing it, so hurry to test it before it is fixed.
