How to catch mosquitoes in Animal Crossing New Horizons?

In June, the mosquito can be trapped in the Northern Hemisphere for Animal Crossing players, but will only be available until September.

The mosquito can also only be caught between 5 p.m. and 4 a.m., making him primarily a nocturnal creature.
