You won't be able to get the Echo H81, Dreamless until you complete the first act of the main story. You must fight Dreamless as the final boss. Once you defeat him and unlock the Chaos Rover form, you will be able to take on the Dauntless weekly boss challenge. To find it, open the Guide, go to the weekly boss wheel, and look for "Fearless" in the list. Quickly approach him and prepare to fight him.
