How to get ‘Do You Believe in Light’ achievement in Wuthering Waves?

The only way to unlock the achievement "Do you believe in light?" you need to find and defeat Phantom Echo. If you don't know, Phantom Echoes are alternately colored shiny versions of regular Echoes that have a distinctive shiny look compared to the standard versions. Unfortunately, there are no set locations for these special creatures to spawn, meaning you'll encounter them randomly throughout the game. However, there are some locations where certain echoes have a higher chance of appearing as spectral versions, such as the Stone Guardian Echo in the Deseroke Highlands and the Hoartoise Echo in the Central Plains.

During the game, I found Ghost: Rocksteady Guardian in the Withering Frontline area of Desorock Highland and quickly defeated him to unlock the Do You Believe in the Light achievement.

The Thundering Ghost of Mephis: Buy 300 data sets after collecting 3,500.
Mourning Spirit Ex: Buy 300 data sets after collecting 2500.
Heron of Illusory Impermanence: Purchase 400 Illusory Samples after completing difficulty 3 in Depths of the Illusory Realms.
