Preparation: Reaching Kaifeng

The mini-quest that grants the Dragon’s Breath skill is rooted in the major city of Kaifeng.

• Main Quest Requirement: You must first unlock the city of Kaifeng by completing the entire first chapter of the main story quest in Where Winds Meet.

Once Kaifeng is accessible, you can begin your journey into the fiery arts.

Phase 1: Engaging the Nine Mortals Ways Disciples

Your quest for Dragon’s Breath begins with a conversation at the Fairgrounds.

• Locate the Fairground Hall: Head to the large central hall within the Fairgrounds area of Kaifeng.
• Find the Disciples: Look for the two members of The Nine Mortals Ways Disciples: Luo Jiu and Kongkong.
• Start the Conversation: Initiate a dialogue with the duo. During the conversation, Kongkong will walk away, but you should continue talking to Luo Jiu. This initial interaction is essential to set up the subsequent quest steps.

Phase 2: The Calculated Theft of the Travelogue

Luo Jiu has given you a task that requires quick travel and discreet action.

Fast Travel and Head West: Use the Boundary Stone near the city entrance of Kaifeng for a quick travel option. Once outside, head west from the stone.

Find the Target Location: Your goal is to reach the area east of the Patrol and Inspection Agency. This area is characterized by easily accessible rooftops.

Advance Time: Climb onto one of the roofs in this area. This is a crucial step: fast-forward the in-game time to 11 AM the next day. This action is necessary to ensure the next target NPC is in the correct spot.

Locate the Disciple: At 11 AM, you should find another sect disciple standing in front of a nearby shop. This is your target.

Execute the Celestial Seize: Approach the NPC and use your Celestial Seize skill. This ability allows you to "steal" or acquire certain items from NPCs. Your objective is to successfully steal the Travelogue: Toehari from this disciple.
