As a Warzone 2 player, you may have come across the "Zero Tolerance" mission, which is a part of the overall Cartel storyline. Completing this mission will reward you with the Cartel Recon Report, a valuable piece of intel that can give you an edge in future matches. However, finding the report can be quite a challenge. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to find the Cartel Recon Report in Warzone 2.
The "Zero Tolerance" mission requires you to use a Tactical Camera to locate a specific Cartel Soldier/Group. To obtain the Tactical Camera, you need to complete the "The Hunting Party" mission first. After completing this mission, you'll be able to equip the Tactical Camera via Field Upgrades. However, there's a bug in Season 3 that prevents players from equipping the Tactical Camera via Field Upgrades. As a workaround, you can obtain the Tactical Camera by looting it from Supply Boxes or completing Contracts that reward it.

As a Warzone 2 player, you may have come across the "Zero Tolerance" mission, which is a part of the overall Cartel storyline. Completing this mission will reward you with the Cartel Recon Report, a valuable piece of intel that can give you an edge in future matches. However, finding the report can be quite a challenge. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to find the Cartel Recon Report in Warzone 2.
Step 1: Get a Tactical Camera
The "Zero Tolerance" mission requires you to use a Tactical Camera to locate a specific Cartel Soldier/Group. To obtain the Tactical Camera, you need to complete the "The Hunting Party" mission first. After completing this mission, you'll be able to equip the Tactical Camera via Field Upgrades. However, there's a bug in Season 3 that prevents players from equipping the Tactical Camera via Field Upgrades. As a workaround, you can obtain the Tactical Camera by looting it from Supply Boxes or completing Contracts that reward it.
Step 2: Head to Hafid Port
Once you have the Tactical Camera, head to Hafid Port, which is located east of the Train Tracks and south of the Salt Mines. The Cartel Soldier/Group you need to locate is in the area between Hafid Port and Sa’id City. Use the Tactical Camera to scan the area and locate the Cartel Soldier/Group. Be careful not to get detected, as the Cartel Soldier/Group will start shooting at you if they spot you. Once you've found the Cartel Soldier/Group, eliminate them and complete the task. It's important to hide in a safe spot in the Warehouses to avoid being detected.
Step 3: Find the Dead Drop in the Sattiq Caves
After completing the "Zero Tolerance" mission, you'll receive a new task to find a Dead Drop in the Sattiq Caves. The Sattiq Caves are located in grid D4, north of the stronghold. You can easily access the Sattiq Caves by vehicle or aircraft. Once you're there, look for the Dead Drop and retrieve the Cartel Recon Report. Be aware that other Operators may also be in the area completing the same mission, so watch your back.
Finding the Cartel Recon Report in Warzone 2 can be a challenging task, but with the right tools and strategy, you can complete the mission and gain valuable intel. Remember to obtain the Tactical Camera, head to Hafid Port to locate the Cartel Soldier/Group, and find the Dead Drop in the Sattiq Caves. Good luck, Operator!
