To get what you want you will have to use a software called "Deception", it is not illegal in the game, however the developers have said that they will try to deactivate it so that no one hides its connection, so if your software stops working , simply visit the following link and download a new one.

Disappointment will allow you to cut the chat connection to the Riot server and make you appear offline.

Download the software and once you have downloaded you will have to create a shortcut of the Deceive.exe, so right click on the .exe and select Shortcut, and then go to Properties, type the name of the game and press accept.
