We must first note that to engage in the meditation practice within Type Soul, we must reach Grade 2 and then press the 'M' key while equipped with a weapon or in a combat stance ('E' key).

The option to meditate may seem accessible at the beginning, it remains unattainable until Level 2 is achieved, once unlocked, we can adopt a meditative posture, while enigmatic texts materialize on the screen.

In case you encounter the "Not enough Shikai EXP" notification while meditating, a person may need to participate in more quests to acquire the necessary experience points. But, simply restarting the game may be enough. If we are faced with this message, we can safely ignore it and continue meditating on Type Soul.

It should be noted that the meditations usually last about five minutes, after which the character stands up. It is ideal to carry out this practice in the sanctity of the Division headquarters to avoid any interference from adversaries. We can meditate as often as we wish, as it helps us enter the Shikai World.

It is possible to enter the Shikai world in Type Soul by completing a full meditation cycle four times, that is, until the character stands up. After the first three meditations, a prompt appears to try a new power, and in the fourth meditation, we will be transported to the Shikai World, where a number of new challenges and abilities exist.
