There are a total of 81 Gem Fragments that you need to collect in order to unlock all the styles for Shanta. These Shanta Styles consist of golden, ancestral armor for her, and collecting all the Gem Fragments makes Shanta look a really nice skin!
The Gem Fragment Quests unlock as you complete previous ones, so all 81 will not be on the map at once. You can collect the Gem Fragments with any skin, you do not need to be wearing the Shanta skin/outfit.
