Solution: Turn Off Change With Buttons and Headphone Safety.

To do this, open Settings app.

Scroll down and tap on Sounds and Haptics.

Now turn off Change with Buttons.

Then tap on Headphone Safety.

Now, turn off Headphone Notifications and Reduce Loud Sounds.

If you cound not find this feature, then go back twice.

Tap on Screen Time.

Tap on Content and Privacy Restrictions.

Then find the Reduce Loud Sounds and tap it.

Enter your Screen Time Passcode.

If Allow is selected, change it to Don't Allow.

Now go back to Headphone Safety page , then turn off Headphone
Notifications.
