There are a total of 3 Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearings to find in Elden Ring. These Bell Bearings will allow you to purchase all of the Ghost Glovewort materials from the Husk Twins at the Roundtable which are used to upgrade Ashes such as Mimic Tear.
You can get the first Bell Bearings early on in Nokron Eternal City, this area can be accessed after defeating Radahn. The other two require you to get to end game secret areas. The second Bell Bearing is found within Nokstella, the only way to reach Nokstella is to go through Ranni's Questline, of which I have linked a guide below. For the third one, you need to get to Miquellas Haligtree and I have linked a guide below for how to get to that one as well.
