There are a total of 5 Somberstone Miner's Bell Bearings to find in Elden Ring. These Bell Bearings will allow you to purchase all of the Somber Smithing Stones from the Husk Twins at the Roundtable.
You can get the first two Bell Bearings early on, but 3 requires you to beat the capital area so you can access the Mountaintops of the Giants and then 4 and 5 require you to beat the Fire Giant boss so you can get teleported to Crumbling Farum Azula.
