There are a total of 10 Foundation Challenges / Quests that you need to complete in Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 3 Season 1 to unlock all of the rewards for The Foundation. Most of them are pretty easy, but this video will help you along the way. Completing all Foundation quests will unlock the "The Foundation (Combat)" skin style.
To just unlock The Foundation skin, you only need to complete the very first quest on page 1.
