This legendary weapon is a world drop item, so it can drop from any notable loot source in the game, i.e. mini-bosses, bosses, Lucky Dice, chests, and normal enemies. But being one of the many world drop items, getting it is somewhat tricky. Even so, there is a way to have a better chance of obtaining it.

This weapon can be farmed in the Choas Chamber, the random dungeon inside Queen Butt Stallion's castle.
