Continue further into the compound by following the marker. Follow the marker to Dubny after ascending the flight of stairs, crossing the corridor, walking the plank, and finally. He will tell you how to find Strider if you speak with him.
You can now climb up from the location with the broken planks by going back the way you came and using the ladder. Step into the compound and keep going straight ahead until you see a guard named Bass. Carefully make your way through the radiation-infested areas after passing through the entrance.
Strider can be found after passing the rail car and through the long pipe that leads to the square ventilation unit. If you want to avoid the radiation, you should crouch or keep to the warehouse wall once you go straight beyond the two brick walls. Get to Strider by entering a train car through its open door.
To disable the scanner, engage in conversation with Strider. Go to Lochodka's place and talk to him once you exit the warehouse by the door on the southeast. Get to the WPS indicated on the map as the chat ends.
There will be two persons in the little structure on the compound's edge; once you get there, go inside. Talk to the Jumper to proceed with the assignment and to begin the side quest, Shift Change. Using the stairs and ladders, make your way to the WPS and climb to the roof.
Lots of opponents are ready to attack you in this location, so be careful. On top of the three structures, you should see three enormous red pipes; one of them will have a body lying on it. Engage with it to retrieve the key.
Using the stairs or ladders, descend to the basement level of the main building. After you reach the bottom, stay away from any danger zones and make your way to the ladder on the wall facing northwest. Pay attention to the numerous adversaries that appear here as you follow the marker.
Make it to the boiler room, where you'll face off against an adversary who works for the Controller. Vanquish it and make your way through the gap in the wall. Proceed directly ahead and unlock the white door that appears when you're facing east. The inductor is located within the room.
Return to Strider; however, while evading the region, watch out for enemies. Once you reach the Noontide base, a lengthy cutscene will play out during which Faust will talk. Strider will trade you a Lynx sniper for 2699 Coupons and the inductor as the cutscene ends.

The campaign of Stalker 2 takes place in a barren wasteland infested with radiation, unexplained events, and anomalies, set in a fictionalized version of the real-life Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. As you progress through the campaign, you'll visit several parts of the world. One of these is Wild Island, where you'll find the objective Hot on the Trail.
