How to complete Arena: Round One in Stalker 2?
Head to the bar counter at the base camp in the Rostok region and interact with Ganja. Select the option "What's the Arena?" to learn about the fighting and how you can benefit by surviving the battles. Ask him then about signing up, and The Freedom Colosseum will start, thereby beginning the side mission for Arena: Round One.
Stalker 2: Arena - Round One Side Mission Guide
After having chit-chat with Ganja, the bartender, head through the door on the right side of the bar counter. It has "ARENA" written at the top. Go down the stairs and interact with Arnie. He will then introduce the rules for the 2v2 fight. For continuation, select the line "Let's go."

When the fight is over, leave through the same door and speak with Wheezer. After you've given him the gun, you can collect your stuff from the blue locker beside the stairs. Return to Arnie and collect your reward of 675 Coupons. How to unlock: Wait an hour and speak with Arnie again to activate the side mission Arena: Round Two.
