How to Search For Superweapon Clues in Sniper Elite Resistance?
Gain access to the hotel by clearing out the courtyard of hostiles. Enter the main door of the hotel, head into the lobby once they're down. From the main floor, you can see an elevator shaft; to reach the hotel's basement, just head down via it. Be sure to scavenge for all the items that you need here before proceeding to the basement since this area contains a lot of loot.
Upper Floor's Second Superweapon Puzzle
Head to the hotel lobby and, behind the bar, find the "Penthouse Key"; this is the first clue to the superweapon. With the key in possession, you will be able to head up the hotel's staircase to the top floor. On your way, you will encounter several Nazi soldiers; for silent takedowns, you can use suppressed weapons or melee takedowns. When you reach the top of the hotel, the penthouse will be locked.
Inside, in the hall, you will find a white-painted open window. You will get openings from here to reach outside pipes to get all the way up to the penthouse. From the very top, there are two ways inside the penthouse: either directly from the bathing area or with the "Penthouse Key" attached to a door.
Either way, you'll want to take out the soldier guarding the final clue. To complete the "search for clues on the superweapon" in mission 3 of Sniper Elite Resistance, make sure the room is clear of dangers before picking up the second clue from the battle table.
