Freeing Bellhart from its bindings is more than just a primary story quest; it’s a gateway to the rest of Pharloom. Successfully lifting the curse transforms the desolate Threadspun Town into a thriving hub, populated with new NPCs, vital shops, and a Wishwall that offers countless new quests. It’s a pivotal moment that significantly expands the game’s world and your opportunities within it.

Step 1: Journey to Shellwood and Acquire the Cling Grip

The secret to ascending Bellhart’s inaccessible upper floors lies not within the town itself, but in the adjacent region of Shellwood.

• Find a Map First: Before delving too deep, locate the mapmaker Shakra on the lower western side of Shellwood. Purchasing their map is a crucial investment, as Shellwood’s labyrinthine tunnels are easy to get lost in.
• Locate the Cling Grip: Progress through Shellwood until you discover the bench that serves as a gateway to the Bone Bottom area. Your objective is to press onward, often by heading east and upward, until you acquire the vital Cling Grip skill. This ability allows Hornet to perform a wall jump, which is the key to scaling the heights of Bellhart.

Step 2: Ascending to Bellhart's Higher Floors

With the Cling Grip mastered, return to Bellhart.

• Find the New Path: From the town's entrance, use your new wall-jump ability to climbpreviously unreachable walls on the right-hand side. You are looking for a new entrance high above that leads into the upper chambers of thetown.
• Navigate the Maze: The upper floors are a deliberate maze of spikes, enemies, andbreakable bells. This complex layout is designed to challenge playersand foreshadows future quests involving collecting Silver Bells.
• The Path Forward:
  • Work your way downward, carefully avoiding spikes.
  • Move right, then drop down and immediately go left into a new hole. Beprepared to defeat the two Winged Furms guarding this entrance.
  • Instead of going to the very end of this tunnel, look for a cluster of bellsblocking a path on your left. Destroy them to proceed.

Step 3: The Final Confrontation and Rewards

After clearing the bell barrier, drop down the new hole and continue to the right. You will soon find yourself in a new chamber.
