Demon Haunts are unlocked after reaching the Tamachi Ley Line in the prologue, after meeting Yuzuru in front of the train. You will get a small tutorial scene about this feature, which can be accessed through any Ley Line you encounter from now on.

What can I do in Demon Haunts?

Talk to your Demons: You can talk to all the Demons you have met so far to learn more about their personality and the game world.
Receiving Items: By interacting with your Demons, you can obtain items to use during your journey. These items are obtained after reaching a certain level of relationship with said Demon, which increases by winning battles with them in your party or gifting them items.
