How to change Party Members in Shin Megami Tensei 5?

The first thing you must take into account is that you can only have four members in your group, including Nahobino, whom you cannot change. So you will be able to have three demons to accompany you in battle.

To make a change you will have to wait until you are out of combat to press the X button that will allow you to access the menu > select Party, from where you can select a demon from the stock to place it in its party.

You will also be able to change party members when you are in the middle of a battle, but with this method there are a few things to consider.

If you want to change a particular demon in the battle, you will only be able to do it in that demon's turn or in Nahobino's turn. Nahobino can change any member of the group, but the demons themselves can only be exchanged with another demon in the action.

When it is Nahobino's turn or the demon you want to change, you will have to select the option Change in the command menu > then select the demon you want to change, taking into account that this will take your turn.

In case a demon is KO'd during the battle, that space will remain empty until you reach Nahobino's turn again, to change to another demon.

That's all you need to know about how to change party members in Shin Megami Tensei 5, so now that you have it, we hope you can make the changes you want whenever you want.
