This collectible is that it can be found in the Southern Badlands, in the southwestern corner of the map, in a place where power lines run through a dry lakebed with a boat stuck.

Along the main road south of the location on the map, you'll come across the power lines running through the lake bed. In the middle of the bed is the previous boat next to a kinetic statue. Near the ship you will find The Hammer Worthy in a hole in the ground.

Simply, you will have to take a picture of it to be able to unlock it and use it as a work of art.
