The first thing you need to do is unlock the HQ by completing the Take Me To Church mission. Subsequently, you will have to learn how to get collectibles by completing the quest that follows this. You can take a photo of them so that you can use them as a decoration for your venue.

The Spaceship collectible can be found in the Rojas South Desert, in a shallow pool of water, east of the road on the north end of Rojas Desert South.

When you find it you will have to access the phone's camera to adjust the view of the crashed UFO until the reticule is green, which will indicate that you can take the photo. This will allow you to unlock the spaceship, to place it in your headquarters.
