Enter the building through the main door, turn left and locate a couple of boxes on the shelving against the wall. Eliminate the Viper found in one of these boxes and then head to the Village Church. Go up the small stairs around the Church and enter the small room. Break the crate on the table to your right and quickly kill the Viper. Collect the Viper and travel to the Fish Farm. Reach the small wooden platform at the point in the third image and break a few wooden crates and barrels. Take out the Viper and store it in your inventory.

Once you are done with the Fish Farm, you will need to head to the Village Chapel. Upon reaching the chapel, you will be able to find the missing cog for the village mill. Just break the wooden chest near the entrance of the chapel and you will be able to collect the cog.
