This time we return with a guide with the objective of explaining Where To Find The Detritus Foundry In Remnant 2.

Detritus Foundry is where players will encounter their first boss battle after exiting the Agronomy Sector in Remnant 2's The Dark Horizon DLC. Players should have little trouble taking on this challenge if they have the greatest weapons and Archetypes.

To make sure you don't miss any important encounters or loot, this guide will cover every aspect, however there are a few things players should know about this place.

Where To Find The Detritus Foundry In Remnant 2

Upon completing the Agronomy Sector's procedurally generated dungeons and maps—which may include the Stagnant Manufactory and its perplexing puzzles—players will discover an alternate route that leads northward via the hot air streams if they take the Gliders.

When you get to a remote spot, you'll see a Glider-only platform with the Detritus Foundry's entrance perched above it. This dungeon links the Agronomy Sector to the Withered Necropolis zone.

Upon entering the Detritus Foundry, they will be greeted with the distinctive red light of the World Stone. Continue a short distance, and they will encounter adversaries positioned along an unkempt walkway. Keep on exploring the dungeon until you come to a junction. Every N'erud journey is randomly created, thus here is where players might take a little detour to find chests, probable world drops, and more.

Look Through the Detritus Foundry for the Greenhouse

The video up above gives you the rundown of the Detritus Foundry Map, which features some procedurally generated loot and some sections that show up in every run. You can find a list of the significant loot in this dungeon in the table below.
  • Crop Sample: Agricultural Specimen, Plant Material
  • Key Item: Essential Object, Crucial Artifact
  • Greenhouse Room: Controlled Environment Chamber, Plant Growth Area
  • Quantum Memory: Subatomic Data Storage, Quantum Information Repository
  • Amulet: Talisman, Protective Charm
  • Greenhouse Laboratory: Controlled Growth Facility, Plant Research Area

Continue onwards through the Detritus Foundry until you come upon an elevator that will take you to the Greenhouse portion of the dungeon, after you've finished the first section. Several crops will be housed in a large area encircled by glass walls in this location. Get ready to fight because in the center of that sector you'll see a glowing Red Key Item called Crop Sample.

There won't be much room to manoeuvre as a slew of enemies including an Elite Amalgam swarm the chamber. Taking business outside of the immediate circle where the Crop Sample was found is the greatest option here.

Archetypes that provide area damage, such as the Archon, can be useful for escaping swarm attacks or evading elite foes that rely on physical strikes, such as Amalgams and Harvesters.

Players can continue exploring the dungeon if they receive a Shard as a reward for defeating the Amalgam and its minions. They should be informed right away that there is a limit of one Cromp Sample per run and that no more are available.

How to Put the Detritus Foundry Crop Sample to Use

There is a little side path that takes you to an elevator in the Greenhouse's circular area. Down to the Greenhouse Laboratory you must descend with it. The chamber is filled with two illuminated statues, a pool of dark ooze, and a shiny purple item next to a chest at the room's rear. You can reload your main weapon with a perfect dodge, or both weapons simultaneously with a perfect sliding dodge, so be careful as you approach the sparkling object; it's a Quantum Memory amulet, a really handy item. Although it's a wonderful addition, it can be very complicated to operate.

Following that, players can find instructions on how to use the Crop Sample they obtained earlier by listening to the voice recording that is placed next to the body. Check out the two sculptures flanked by terrariums; the audio recording sounds an alarm about one of them.

Nothing will happen if you plant the Crop Sample in the Red Statue at first, but players can confront the Inverted Shambler, a mini-Boss, later on. You can increase the damage done by ranged weapons by stacks of up to five using the Repercussion Mutator, which this monster drops.

Players will have to finish the dungeon and come back later to see that the Cromp Sample has flowered if they put it in the Blue Statue. They can choose a new relic item, the Gossamer Heart, when they approach it. Unlike other healing items, this one passively boosts the Evade Window frame's effectiveness by 1. Use it, and for the following fifteen seconds, your Evade Window Bonus Frames will be two more than before.

Incredible as it is, the Gossamer Heart complements the Invader archetype and the Quantum Memory amulet that players discovered earlier in the dungeon as a whole. This may completely alter the game for those who are seeking a "Dodge Tank" build.

The boss of N'Erudian Reaper and the third floor of Detritus Foundry

If you go back to the Greenhouse and head toward the Laboratory elevator, you'll see a little side path that leads to a walkway outside. Go along that road and kill all the bad guys.

The Specter Elite may emerge on the third floor elevator's stairwell, so be careful. In a flash, Specters may wipe out an entire team with a single shot.

Keep away from the wormhole and the Pink Specter's ambushes if you don't want to experience the Crowd Control effect, which players will realize this monster has. Take the elevator to the third and last floor of the dungeon once players have dealt with the obnoxious Elite. There, they will confront the N'Erudian Reaper Boss.

Success in Defeating the N'Erudian Reaper Boss

Stay near to the arena's center if you want to make the most of your time when facing the N'Erudian Reaper. This boss is very similar to the Astral Harvester Hidden Boss in terms of its attacks, in case players haven't faced it before. However, similar to the Pink Specter monster that players previously encountered, this boss has the ability to employ a bothersome crowd control system that resembles a spider web. Interacting with it will result in shock damage and a slowdown for players.

The Alchemist's Elixir of Life ability makes it easy for players to survive the N'Erudian Reaper's attack. For solo players, Elixir of Life is a lifesaver because it restores health to whomever it touches.

Make sure you have enough mitigation to withstand the Reaper's assault once it jumps in the middle of the arena after knitting a web in the shape of a pentagram. The boss will begin to phase between parts, hop around faster, and build the web trap at incredibly high speeds as players deal enough damage. After a few rounds, the possessed Harvester will be cooked. To do critical damage, aim for the specter that appears in its head.

The N'Erudian Reaper drops the Replication Pod when defeated, allowing players to construct the Harvester Bots Weapon Mod.

Be sure to collect the chest near the exit of the Detritus Forge that includes Scrap and random loot. Then, travel on over to the new portion of the Agronomy Sector, which will lead you to an elevator, and you'll see a massive Glowing Romboid object. Get ready to be interrogated by Alepsis Taura once you shoot it. Players will be able to access the Withered Necropolis region once they have dealt with it.

So we come to the end of this explanatory guide, now you know Where To Find The Detritus Foundry In Remnant 2, just do it and enjoy it to the fullest.
