If you are wondering how to get a spare brain in Psychonauts 2, the first thing you have to do is ask for help from Otto, whom you can find in the Quarry. To get here, you will have to go to the reception area in the lobby, which you can enter if you go to the main terminal. Once in the quarry, you will find Otto's laboratory in the Research and Development location.

To get to this location you will need to jump across the psychic bridge to the Psycho Isolation Chamber > turn right to head towards the Abandoned Mine > turn right through the logs to get to the Research and Development location. When you arrive you will need to interact with the terminal inside the building to access it.
